We found them to be prompt, providing information requested and visiting our house on the time stated the quote for the awning cleaning was clear and detailed. The time set for the actual word work was provided. When an employee problem occurred the company called and advised a work delay had to be made. All manner and quite satisfactory.

In today's outside household service needs, it has many times been impossible to find prompt answers to questions, on time arrival as promised, clear and precise quotations on cost, work well done, and when troubles occur telephone notification of change changes.

The only complaint! The awning now is so clean we need to wear sunglasses when we view them. (Only Kidding)
